Privacy Policy
Effective August 3, 2026 · Applies to the timevouch.com website
This page explains, in plain language, what information the timevouch.com website collects and what we do with it. (Customer workspaces at yourco.timevouch.com are covered by the agreement each customer signs with us, not by this page.)
What we collect
- Demo requests. If you submit the "Book a demo" form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, team size, and message. We use it for exactly one thing — replying to you about TimeVouch.
- Questions asked to Timey. Our chat assistant logs the questions it receives so we can improve its answers. These logs are not linked to your name, email, IP address, or any other identity — please don't type personal information into the chat.
- Emails you send us. If you email hello@timevouch.com, we keep the correspondence like any business does.
- Anonymous visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-first tool — to see how many people visit and how fast pages load. It sets no cookies, doesn't fingerprint your device, and cannot identify you.
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies. No analytics that identify you (see the cookieless visit counting above — that's all there is). No pixels.
- We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- No automated decisions are made about you based on this data.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in a private database on our servers (hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States) and delivered to our inbox (hosted by Zoho). Both are protected by encryption in transit; access is limited to the TimeVouch team.
How long we keep it
Demo-request details are kept while we're in conversation with you and deleted when they're no longer needed. Timey's anonymous question log is kept to improve the assistant.
